• The turnaround time for the review may vary and will be communicated upon submission.

• Once you submit your plan for review, please allow up to 5 business days so that we can understand your needs and tailor our review for your specific situation. This allows us to make sure you get the most out of this process.

• All reviews are provided on a best-efforts basis. You are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of the information in your business plan (and related materials).

• Exalte Consulting does not guarantee funding, investment, or any specific outcomes as a result of the review.

• The service is available for entrepreneurs and businesses seeking to improve their business plan and pitch deck for funding purposes.

• The user retains full ownership and responsibility for the submitted materials.

• Exalte Consulting does not assume any liability for the user's use of the feedback provided in the review.

• The service is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees.

• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against all third-party claims, losses, or damage that we incur, and which arise from or are attributable to our role in this business plan review.

• Because there is no cost ffor business plan reviews, we cannot guarantee that any of our consultants will be willing to accept your assignment.
